Ada aurantiaca X Brassia caudata

Product Description

Just in from Ecuador and potted up Oct. 7th, 2007. These plants came to us in bloom and are potted up in 3-inch pots with 1-3 growths each! The leaves took a beating during the shipment, but the plants will recover nicely as they develop new growths and quickly grow into nice size specimen plants.
Each of these plants were selected from hundreds of seedlings for their hybrid vigor and blooming potential. The flowers are blooming out with the bright orange background color from the Ada parent with barring and spotting from the Brassia. These plants are all blooming on their first mature growth in 3-inch pots just like the Ada aurantiaca parent. It’s obvious these plants will soon grow into beautiful specimens in a very short period of time. Each growth seems to be producing two new growths with at least one inflorescence each.
These are well grown, strong healthy blooming size plants for only $25.00 each. Next year, when the plants are established and blooming, we’ll be selling the same plants for $35.00 to $45.00 each. Get your’s now, while they are still establishing themselves.
Grow these in intermediate temperatures, moist (But not wet) with bright light and GOOD air movement.
