Calanthe Hizen Hybrids Blooming size dormant roots
Product Description

(C. aristulifera x C. discolor)
Zone 6-9
Calanthe hybrids are some of the most exciting ‘new-to-America’ plants for the shade to part shade garden. Shoots of intriguing pleated leaves emerge in early spring followed by 10” stalks of a dozen or so pink, lavender, or bicolor flowers. Humusy, well-drained soil is needed for reliable good growth. Virus-free plants from flasked seedlings. Vigorous and will soon create a good clump. Mixed colors, all are beautiful!
