Den Nora Tokunaga: Blooming size plants

These are excellent plants for novice growers that have the high light conditions they need to grow well and bloom. The flowers last for months!! It’s important that these plants go dry between watering. The plant pictured here is the actual plant for sale. It’s potted in a 4-inch pot using sponge rock and diatomite. We’ll keep these potted in this mix for several years, making sure the mix is flushed well between watering to insure there is no salt buildup. Choose from a variety of hybrids from this group. They all have long lasting flowers and produce large showy plants in a short period of time. No collection should be without one of these.
