Orchid Enterprise Orchid Mixes are a special blends of organic and inorganic ingredients designed specifically for the size and type of orchid you need to repot. Our mixes start with Rexus Orchid Bark as a base ingredient with Coconut Husk Chips as a secondary additive. To this basic blend, we add the essential ingredients necessary to suite each orchid’s particular need; whether it be Spongerock for added drainage, charcoal for buffering, sphagnum moss for moister retention plus minor additives which add to your orchid nutrient needs.
We strongly advise repotting EVERY YEAR to keep your mix fresh and clean. This keeps your mix disease and pest free and allows the mix to be more forgiving when you over-water. More orchids are lost because they are not repotted in a timely fashion. Don’t let this happen to you!
