Teddy Bear Ears: Plant

This is really a neat house plant that's easy to grow and makes a great conversation piece. The leaves are covered with fine red hairs that’s very soft to the touch and begs to be petted. (click on the photo to the left for a close-up photo of leaf hairs). The silver stripe down each leave just adds to the beauty of this plant. The bright purple lowers are short lived but are produced in abundance for a continual show though out the year.
Blooming size plants are sold in 4-inch pots. We grow our plants under the same conditions as our African Violets.
